In addition to the stalls, this market offers a taste of a thier daily market with fresh vegetables, wines, and food stands serving goulash and french fry cones. Surrounding these stalls are cafe's and stores for additional shopping. The Wurzburg Market has a large variety of goods ranging from beeswax to cooking wear.

Dresden- Noted to hold one of Germany's oldest christmas market, Dresden offers traditional christmas gifts and holiday charm within the Saxony region. There are a total of eleven christmas markets in Dresden each different from the other. If you are looking for a variety, but are short on time, Dresden might be the best stop for you. Rothenburg- Located in one of Germany's most romantic medieval towns, Rothenburg ob der Tauber's Christmas Market could get anyone in the christmas spirit. This magical town is lined with lights, is home to Kathe Wolfhart's headquarters, and all things christmas. Each night of Advent people gather in the market square for the next advent window to be presented at roughly 5pm. This market is nothing less than charming and is a favorite to all who visit. Though a smaller number of stalls than places like Nuremberg, this market should be experienced by all who love christmas.
