My Favorite Winter Essentials

January 9, 2017

There is something really magical about a snowy winter day. I will admit, I always hated

the cold. I still do, but now I know what to wear. Knowing how to dress can make

anyone love to be outside in the winter. I just love a good pair of toasty and comfortable

base layers. With winter well underway, I thought I might list some of my favorite winter

clothing and accessories.

Blondo Villa Bootie (Waterproof)

I cannot say enough about these boots. Blondo, a Canadian shoe brand,

offers waterproof boots, booties, and more. To find a boot that offers

comfort, style, and functionality had me the minute I stepped into them.

Columbia Women's Base Layer Top

Columbia Women's Base Layer Bottom

The Columbia base layers are an excellent choice to keep warm. They provide

comfort by forming to your body and provide mobility. The inside has the

omni heat lining.

Columbia Women's Pearl Plush Fleece Glove

These are comfortable and warm fleece gloves. Because they are not

waterproof, they are the perfect option for a casual winter outing.

Sorel Women's Tivoli II Warm Snow Boot

Something to keep your toes warm while trekking in the snow. Sorel

Tivoli II offers comfort, mobility, and enough room for thick wool socks - though

they will keep your foot pretty warm out them.

 Varma Angora Wool Socks

Varma, an Iclandic fashion brand, offers some of the best quality

angry wool socks and other accessories on the market. They are warm,

soft, and light weight. These are definitely worth purchasing. I own a few pairs.

Columbia Hellfire Mid Down Hooded Jacket

This jacket ofter comfort, warmth, a water resistant shell, and omni heat lining. With the jacket

falling just below the hip it is perfect for being outside for any outing.
